We review each of the skills and provide examples of applying them to sales, recruiting and business situations.

  • The Four Kinds of Negotiation Preparations to identify your interests and key needs, develop relationship-centric openings and language, anticipate various scenarios and potential reactions and focus on negotiating in “good faith” with others.

  • Note: During our workshop, we had a breakout session where participants applied their new skills to two different situations and worked in teams to come to an intelligent, effective and inspired result. The breakout is not in the recording, but the scenarios are included in the handout (available below).
