These terms refer to all of the content produced on Always Inspiring (http://mferrara.substack.com) whether accessed via the Substack site, or from an email sent to you as a Subscriber. By accessing our information, you agree to these Terms for the duration of your Subscription, whether free or paid.

2.1 Free Subscription

• Free subscribers may receive occasional promotional content and updates about the Newsletter, or our other content such as ebooks, videos, webinars and Masterminds.

2.2 Paid Subscription

• Paid subscriptions provide access to additional content, which may include exclusive articles, videos, webinars, masterminds, ebooks or other materials.

• Payment for paid subscriptions is processed through Substack's payment system, Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Substack's payment terms and conditions.

3. Content

3.1 Intellectual Property

• All content provided in the Newsletter, including articles, images, and other materials, is the intellectual property of Matthew Ferrara and The Learning Network LLC or its licensors.

• Subscribers may not reproduce, distribute, resell or otherwise use the content for commercial purposes without explicit permission or invitation to share (as noted in each material’s content or post).

3.2 User Content

• Subscribers may have the opportunity to submit comments on the Newsletter site via Substack.com or email.

• By submitting content, you grant [Matthew Ferrara/The Learning Network LLC] a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content, comments, testimonials or other communications in connection with the Newsletter.

4. Privacy

4.1 Data Collection

• We collect personal information such as your email address and payment details to provide and improve the Newsletter. Your data will be handled in accordance with Substack's privacy policy and our own privacy practices.

4.2 Use of Data

• We use your personal information to send you the Newsletter, manage your subscription, and provide customer support. We may also use your data for analytical purposes to improve the quality of our content.

• We do not sell, rent, share or otherwise provide your data with any partners, vendors, affiliates or third-parties, other than the Stripe payment processing system necessary to charge you for upgraded subscriptions or other purchases made via the site.

• Subscribers are prohibited from using the Newsletter for any unlawful activities, spamming, or distributing harmful content.

• Any abusive, threatening, or offensive behavior towards the Newsletter's team or other subscribers is strictly prohibited and will result in your immediate removal from the Newsletter, without refund.

• We reserve the right to terminate your subscription and access to the Newsletter for any violation of these Terms.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

6.1 No Warranty

• The Newsletter is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content provided, or its use for additional commercial purposes.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, [Matthew Ferrara/The Learning Network LLC] shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Newsletter in any capacity.
