Subscribers may not reproduce, distribute, resell or otherwise use the content for commercial purposes without explicit permission or invitation to share (as noted in each material’s content or post).

Subscribers may have the opportunity to submit comments or feedback on the Newsletter site via Substack.com or email.
By submitting content, you grant [Matthew Ferrara/The Learning Network LLC] a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content, comments, testimonials or other communications in connection with the Newsletter.
