#1 Automate tasks, not relationships

Think of the early AI’s you’ve used:

  • Spell check

  • GPS in your car

  • Follow-up automation CRM

Their job is to automate tasks and work, not show up for / as you.

#2 Delegate Work, Not Strategy

Don’t ask AI to create the plan for you; use it to collect the data, information, list, links, etc., that you need to execute the plan.

Don’t do this...“Create four Instagram messages about the housing market” I can turn into posts.

Do this instead: “Identify four hot issues in the Las Vegas Market that would be of interest to potential SELLERS in the HENDERSON area who own residential homes between $450,000 and $750,000 and have lived in the home for more than 10 years.”

#3 Use the Right AI for the Right Job

#4 AI Prompt with Purpose

Rather than constructing complex prompts, use AI to “laser” focus:

  • Analyze and learn

  • Assess to take action

  • Identify opportunities (brainstorm)

#5 Use AI to Multiply Your Best Work

Fight algorithms with algorithms! Rather than constantly creating “new” content, use existing “hits” in fresh ways.

Instead of writing brand new content, AI can take something from the archive and freshen it up, summarize it, say it with feeling, add some data, change the audience, etc.
